Reservation policy

Arrival time: from 16h00 Departure time: before 10h00

Deposit on booking: 25% deposit calculated on the total amount of the stay, sent by check or bank transfer.

The deposit is paid after acknowledgment, and implies acceptance, of all the clauses of this contract, and in particular the booking conditions and cancellation fees set out below.

Final balance payment: 30 days before arrival date, sent by check or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, or in the event of early departure during the contractor’s stay, the refund policy will apply as follows:

• 100% refund of the amount paid in the event of cancellation at least 30 days before arrival.

• 50% refund of the amount paid (less service charge of 100 Euros) for a cancellation at least 14 days before arrival.

• No refund for a cancellation less than 14 days before arrival.

Deadlines for cancellation

Note: All cancellations must be made by 11:59 p.m. in the accommodation’s time zone to match cancellation policies.

In the event of force majeure, deposits and payments may be kept as credit notes and deducted from the amount of a future stay occurring within 12 months, over an identical period, new tariff conditions may apply.
